I don’t know any performer that doesn’t admire the work of Charlie Chaplin. The performing vocabulary that he leaves behind inspires much more than just comedic creations. On Hallow’s Eve this year, a friend of mine and I paid tribute to Mr. Chaplin’s most admired work, The Kid. It was a very fun and educational experiment. I already have an affection for menswear from a woman’s perspective but to wear the clothes as a man was even better.
